End of tenancy cleaning E&D Cleaning Services offers tenants and landlords outstanding cleaning services leaving the property spotless after a rented out period. The service provided is at an affordable price and the cleaners do a professional job to meet the required standard. Using our end of tenancy service you are guaranteed that your property deposit will not be deducted due to the property not being cleaned. If you are moving into a property that has been vacant for a while let us clean it thoroughly before your move-in. The service is arranged within 24 hours, however we can organise the services within 3 hours should it be required explicitly.  Minimum booking is for 3 hours and cleaning materials can be provided if necessary at additional cost.   The price is £13 per person per hour.  BOOK HERE Please note: There is a minimum requirement of 4 hours per visit. You are responsible for providing cleaning materials and equipment. Should you wish for us to provide cleaning materials it is £16 per hour Tasks involved in the tenancy cleaning: Kitchen - clean inside/outside all kitchen cupboards, clean inside/outside of oven, clean inside/outside microwave, wash inside/outside of dishwasher, clean inside/outside fridge, damp wipe all kitchen countertops, defrose freezer, clean hob/ grill, sweep and wash hard surface floors, discale and clean sink, damp wipe window ledges, skirting boards, door frame and radiator. Bathrooms - scrub and disinfect bathroom floors, scrub and disinfect toilet, clean and discale bath & showers, shower doors and tiles, scrub and discale bathroom sinks, wipe all counters, clean mirrors, wipe skirting boards and door frame. Bedrooms - vacuum and mop (if needed), clean mirrors, remove litter, remove cobwebs, clean windows inside, dust and wash window sills and ledges, vacuum carpet edges, clean inside cupboards and wardrobes. Living room- vacuum and mop (if needed), vacuum carpet edges, clean mirrors, polish table, clean and polish all surfaces, clean pictures, wipe skirting boards and door frame, remove cobwebs; clean windows inside; dust and wash window sills and window frames, remove litters; Hallway- vacuum and mop (if needed), vacuum carpet edges, clean mirrors, wipe skirting boards and door frame, remove cobwebs.
